My Greatest Blessings

I have been so blessed. God has given me two beautiful little boys that I am so proud of. There are days when I don’t feel quite so happy to be a mom, but that comes with the territory; However the whining and crying does not last forever. I have truly been blessed to have two very happy healthy little boys who keep me running from daybreak to dawn.
    Patrick is getting a little bigger each day sometimes I just look at him and wonder how he got so big and so smart overnight. Time has just flown by so fast sometimes I wish I could just make time stop altogether . He is three years old already and is anxious to go to preschool. I never thought I would actually consider sending him to preschool, but he is so much like me he has to be around people. I know he, like me, is struggling with being in the country where we are out of contact with civilization. For this reason I think preschool will be good for Patrick.
    Micah is also getting huge. I don’t feel like I ever had a baby, he is seven months old and is already pulling himself up and trying to walk while holding onto something. He wants to do so much more than what he is able that he pushes himself all the time. He is behind a little  in talking, but it’s because he doesn’t slow down long enough to let me talk to him.
    It’s funny to watch Micah and Patrick play together. Patrick will lay down on the floor in front of Micah and Micah will just crawl right over top of Patrick pulling his hair and beating him up along the way. They keep each other company and keep me busy all the time.
    I have also been blessed with a wonderful husband. Chris is a one of a kind. There are so many things that I appreciate in him, but the greatest thing of all is his dedication to his family. He is a great father to our boys, He is a great encouragement to our family, He is my best friend. Chris if you read this I love you dearly, Happy Fathers Day!
